Localisation Projects
Role: Turkish Copywriter
As the sole Turkish copywriter for TBWA/Media Arts Lab London, I was responsible for localising all Apple advertising campaigns from 2015 to 2020. This extensive experience with enabled me to localise advertising copy for other high-profile brands, including Google, Microsoft, Lego, Signal, Specsavers, Starbucks, Hilton, and Entain.
Since 2021, I have collaborated with Mother Tongue and Canva on their localisation projects. Additionally, I am a registered Turkish copywriter in the talent pools of Hogarth, Translate Plus, and Creative Culture.

Microsoft
After the latest release of Windows 11, Microsoft wanted to run ads on retailer websites, YouTube, and social media. Mother Tongue LA approached me to help transcreate these advertising assets for the Turkish market. I transcreated various advertising copies to align with the brand's tone of voice and terminology. Below are examples of the original and transcreated assets from the campaign.
Canva
Canva is a wonderful design platform that offers ready-made templates for creating designs for personal and business purposes. I have been collaborating with Canva since 2021, creating concepts and writing copy for templates in the Turkish market. We have published over 1,000 local design templates so far, and here are a few of them.
