Coffee that kicks with flavour, not caffeine​​​​​​​

Kind Kick started as an idea to solve my own problem. After I was told to cut down caffeine for health reasons, I began looking for good decaf coffees. The more I searched, the more I saw a growing demand for decaffeinated coffee for many different reasons.
So I founded Kind Kick as a side project, a speciality decaffeinated coffee brand built around flavour, not caffeine. From the first idea through to launch, I handled everything, from research and brand strategy to creative direction.
Kind Kick launched in November 2025 and is now managed by my partner. I support the brand as Creative Director, creating marketing and social media assets.

AI SUPPORTED BRAND RESEARCH
Brand research started with an analysis of UK decaf coffee trends. Based on the insights, three positioning routes were developed, with two brand name options for each. AI generated mock packaging and concept taglines were then created and tested with a real audience.
Mapped the market, analysed competitors and audiences, and tested AI generated brand concepts with over 5,000 people. In parallel, built a synthetic target audience of over 100,000 in ChatGPT, using synthetic users to validate the findings against the mock test ads.
BRAND DESIGN
After the brand name and concept were set, I briefed an expert brand designer based on the positioning. Together, we created a visual identity and packaging system designed to stand out on UK shelves.
E-COMMERCE WEBSITE
Built the e-commerce site according to our brand guideline, wrote all the copy and created the imagery using AI tools.
